Testing hiking gear, outdoor activities and  microadventures

This page is dedicated to the testing of hiking gear, the equipment we take with us on trips abroad or during our escapades, what we use during our trail training or during other microadventures.

These are items or products that we use on a daily basis. That’s why we have done a lot of testing and research to find the item that best suits us and our needs. However, it is possible that these products or articles do not correspond to yours.

It is also important to remember that all the opinions and advice given on this blog are subjective and based on our personal experience.

Testing hiking gear

It is not always easy to find the ideal equipment for hiking as there are so many products on offer in terms of hiking equipment.

It’s not always easy to know what to take with you on your hikes, so we try to give you the best advice on these points.

Bivouac equipment in the mountains or in Belgium

Just like hiking gear, good camping gear, whether in the mountains or in Belgium, is essential and can clearly have a positive or negative impact on your camping experience.

For example, carrying a (heavy) backpack that is not adapted to your experience or your morphology for several days can be very complicated and could even spoil your journey.

Trail and running gear

Trail or running gear is relatively technical. We tell you about the items and products that we like to use and that we recommend in all subjectivity.

Packraft equipment

Packraft, what is it? If you’re on this blog, you must be a real adventurer and probably already know about this new trend of microadventure. We’ll explain it all to you in our blog posts!
